ZüpMed is a concierge medical practice offering high-quality urgent and primary care through our Laurelwood clinic, virtual (telemed) visits, and old-fashioned house calls. All services are provided through appointments booked with our Concierge team.  We have no waiting room. Patient-guests are greeted when they arrive and taken directly to an exam room.

We are extremely proud of our hand-picked ZüpMed staff. Our clinic offers a state-of-the-art digital x-ray system, a full on-site laboratory, and a small prescription dispensary to save you a trip to the drugstore. We can perform a full range of minor surgical procedures. When we feel something is beyond our capability or requires specialty care, we have established relationships with local and regional subspecialists who recognize our patients’ unique requirements and can provide expedited appointments for consultation.    

To allow us the flexibility of providing these additional services and unrestricted care, ZüpMed does not accept insurance of any kind.  Instead, we will gladly provide an itemized receipt after each visit which patients may then submit for direct reimbursement.  Insurance companies treat us as an “out-of-network” provider, and we are continually fine-tuning our documentation to ensure that reimbursement is as complete and trouble-free as it can be.
